# obikmer

`obikmer` is a Rust tool for manipulation, counting, indexing, and set operations on DNA sequences represented as kmer sets.

- Maximum efficiency in computation, memory, and disk usage

- Input formats: FASTA, FASTQ, gzip, streaming stdin
